Refunds and Returns Policy:

  • At Eliane’s Bistro, our utmost priority is ensuring the complete satisfaction of our valued customers with their purchased merchandise. While most sales are considered final, we approach returns on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or in an unusable condition, please reach out to our customer service team at Elianesbistro@hotmail.com. We will guide you on the process of returning your purchase.
  • To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in new and unused condition, with the original packaging and accessories. Please note that we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit, or for dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering.
  • For a seamless return process, we kindly ask for prior notification and return authorization. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping charges.
  • Refunds Process:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, Eliane’s bistro will promptly notify you of the approval or declination of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Missing or Late Refunds:
  • If you encounter delays in receiving your refund, we recommend reaching out to your bank/credit card company first, as the posting of refunds may take some time.
